About Me

I’m a helper. I know firsthand what it’s like to put yourself last because you are eager to help others. One of the most important lessons I learned is putting myself first doesn’t change who I am. In fact, it makes me a better person, because when I take time to tend to my needs, I always tap into more energy, patience and generosity.

If you’re a helper, caretaker, problem-solver, or a bit of a perfectionist, you may have a habit of spending energy on everything else but yourself. I want to help you make time for everything that matters to you, including yourself and your own personal goals. I will help you learn how to refill your cup, create new habits and move forward with excitement and love for yourself and your future.
