I’m Toki, a certified life coach and 200-hour trained yoga teacher. I’m a strong believer in holistic wellbeing – creating a lifestyle that supports us in being our best selves. I help people make meaningful changes in their lives by learning and understanding themselves first, and then finding a path of purpose, wellbeing and joy.
For me, yoga is first and foremost about creating awareness and understanding of yourself – body and mind. It’s a practice of presence with what is – how you move, what you feel, what thoughts and feelings arise in different states – when you’re still, uncomfortable, relaxed, challenged. Much more than just a physical practice, it’s an invitation to rediscover yourself each time you’re on the mat.
