As a personal development coach, I combine my passion for training and facilitation and professional experience within higher education with evidence-based theories and strategies from the fields of Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry. I create customized solutions for my corporate clients with the goal of providing individuals with an understanding of what constitutes holistic wellbeing, and to equip them with practical tools that they can use on a daily basis, to create and maintain that wellbeing, at home, at work and/or in class.

Just like with all my clients, I work closely with my contacts in organizations and educational establishments to create unique workshop, training and retreat offerings that match the values, learning goals and needs of the company.

Yoga & Wellness

A little movement and body awareness go a long way. Help your people increase their physical and mental wellbeing with a guided yoga practice.

As a certified yoga teacher, I offer group sessions in-person or virtually that can be adapted to participants of all ages and experience levels. In addition to movement, I teach participants breathing techniques, meditation cues and mindfulness exercises.

My goal is to help people find more peace and balance to get through any day.

    I was once a lost soul. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel time passing by while you are struggling to find meaning and purpose in your life. One of the most important lessons I learned is to take action. Even if it’s tiny and doesn’t answer all your questions right away. You being here, reading about this webinar is that tiny step. Listening, researching, reading, discussing are all those real steps. Learning tools is a big step.
